THANK YOU Itaska!

Thank you neighbors for helping make the first block party in 13 years a success, we could not have done it with out you! It was wonderful to see familiar faces and meet new friends. The weather could not have been more beautiful, the food more plentiful and the company more warm. We truly appreciate your participation and look forward to doing this again next Fall.

Game Plan

Please begin moving cars around 1 or 2, we will close the street at 3 and begin set up, in the street mid-block - come on out, lend a hand or get your chairs, coolers, etc. and enjoy appetizers, Gus' pretzels, good company, small bounce house for the little one's, cornhole (bags), washers & lots of fun! We can bring a TV out too for any games that may be on, a perfect fall day!

Additionally, the Mayor's office called and asked if Mayor Slay could stop by for a little bit to say hello to the awesome residents on our street. He should be here around 4, hope to see you there.

Calling for Chili!

Hi Neighbors, we only have 3 Chili contestants and need more! Spread the word, I hope you will throw your hat in the ring as well. We have many sign ups for desserts (yum!), if possible to bring a side, app or chili that would help - thank you all for all your wonderful response!

Block Party Planning Meeting
