Thank you Itaska!

Thank you neighbors for all your help and contributions to the block party, it could not go on with out each of you. And despite Mother Nature's indecision of weather, we were happy you all made it out for another wonderful night. Also, big congrats to Paul Davis family for their second year in a row Chili win! Till next year Itaska, thank you again, it's always a fun night to have everyone out together.

Street Closing

The street will be closing at 3, if you are still parked at the top of the street, that is fine, we really just want the middle clear. However, just know you will not be able to leave. Thank you for your participation.

Rain Delay

Hoping that the rain will get through early afternoon, which will put us on a slight rain delay, the plan would be to be up and running around 5 or so, about an hour behind schedule, but we won't really know until this weather shows it's self. Show will go on, keep it tuned here or just peak out the door to see if tents are going up. For safety reasons, tents will not be put up if there are severe storms or chance of gusty winds that could blow them over. If that is the case, we will set food tables up under the cover of our front porches and party on. Looking forward to seeing everyone tonight. Thanks!

Rain, rain, go away!

Not sure what Mother Nature will have in store for us tomorrow, please check back here for up-to-date information. The show will go on, just with a few adjustments, as of right now. Thank you all for participating, we will have fun, rain or shine!

We Need Chili Entries & Bike Parade Info

We need chili entries! Along with sides, please. Also, forms due Saturday with money, we really need a head count for food, so please include guests who may be attending as well. And tables ... anyone, tables? We hope you can make it out for the Block Party next Saturday, keep an eye on the sky, as long as it's not crazy storms, the show will still go on under the tent.

Hey Kids! Bike parade at 4! Decorate your bike, wear you favorite costume, hat, boots, etc. and meet us at the top of the street. Roller skates, scooters, wagons, all welcome.

We are still in need of tables, chili contestants, washer game sets, extra tailgate tents on hand (in case of rain) and event helpers. If anyone has large trash cans we can borrow too, that would be helpful. Remember, family and friends are all welcome as well.
